Following structural changes in the organization, our client wanted us to assess their current processes, strategies and their perceived value proposition. We gathered insights and data through document reviews, surveys, and interviews both with the stakeholders within the organization and their clients. Based on the feedback from the team and their clients, we identified both areas of success and improvement. We facilitated sessions with different groups of stakeholders to develop strategies and processes to utilize their resources more efficiently while still delivering high value to their clients.
